PYSANKA is a cultural, gastronomic, and social hub that brings Ukrainian DNA to Canada: preserving its essence, clearing it of clichés, and filling it with new, vibrant content.

Mission
To show that Ukrainian culture is not only about the past, but about the present and future. Through food, events, atmosphere, and aesthetics, we create a space where Ukrainians unite, Canadians admire, and the world is inspired.
Vision
PYSANKA aims to become a point of attraction where people come for experience, emotion, and inspiration. A place recommended not just for "delicious borsch," but as "that place where it felt genuinely authentic."

Our Values
Authenticity
Recipes and techniques without pop culture adaptations. We don't add bacon to vareniki "for the North American market." We're about the depth of what's genuine.

We don't play at being a village. We're about clean forms, live music, dignified presentation, and bright service.

We're not just child-friendly. We're about experiences that unite generations in format and events, with a possible children's zone.

We work with artists, designers, and illustrators who translate the spirit of culture in contemporary form, including through pysanka, which gave us our name.
